If I were in the market for a brand new car the FoST would be on the short list for me. But then again I'd see what else I could find. I am partial to Foci but the one thing I don't like are the two extra doors I'd be forced to have. I really liked my 3 door Focus and never had any want for extra doors and from what it looks like they don't really add much usability to the rear seat.

They add a lot of ease in loading the car with stuff, which is what a hot hatch must be able to do.

I want to tell the extra two rear doors to get off my lawn. . . I don't need them. The back seat is for my dog, not people. . . But I think even with the Focus growing in size, you lose space in the back compared to the 3 door hatches. I could fit so much shit in the back of that car it was ridiculous and every time I thought I had it packed to the max, the next time I loaded it up to help someone move I always fit more shit inside.
